Here is a workout schedule that Ananth and I used to work on.
It is still my reference workout schedule:
Day 1
- Bench Press
- Incline Press
- Dips (with bar)
- Dumbbell Press
- Dumbbell Flys
- Decline press
- Dumbbell pullover
- Barbell pullover
- Pulley Machine, pull forward and then down
- Back extension
Day 2
- One arm Dumbbell
- Machine front (lats pull down)
- Machine back (back lats pull down)
- Preacher curl
- Curls while standing
- Hammer curls
- Concentration curls
- Wrist curls
- Reverse wrist curls
Day 3
- Barbell shrugs
- Leg machine front extension
- Leg machine back curls
- Squats
- Bent lateral raises
- Front press
- Back press
- Shoulder press
- One hand Dumbbell behind back press
- Upright rowing
That used to be our regular schedule for almost two years of working out together.
